Ball of Energy Tutorial for Photoshop

This weeks tutorial is awesome!  Follow along with the instructions and post the final product on your blog.

Procedures
1.  Take a picture of yourself in a pose that shows your face and your hand or hands.  Upload this image to your computer. 
Some examples:

2.  Drag the "RASENGAN _ Ball of Energy _ Photoshop Tutorial" file from the Media Productions Share folder to your desktop.
3.  Follow the instructions on how to create a ball of energy.  Use your image as the background.   
4.  Post the final product on your blog.
