Manager - Runs the business in place of the Boss. Is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. Payroll. Compensation: 100/hr
Supervisor - Supervises the activity of a group. Reports to the Manager. Compensation: 25/hr
Journeyman - Considered the most critical part of a good business. Well trained individuals that can carry out complicated tasks at high quality. Can work as a part of teams or independently. Compensation: 18/hr
Laborer - Works on jobs and projects as assigned. Compensation: 10/hr
