MAKE A SHORT FILM OR DOCUMENTARY
This is an assignment that is intended to let you have some freedom to create as well as learn a little about communication and planning. It is a representation of what you've learned during the semester.
Documentary - create a documentary that runs for 2 minutes about a person or group of your choosing. The documentary should include:
- interviews
- B-Roll footage
- voice-overs
- other components of a good documentary as outlined in the resources below.
HighLight Film - Choose an activity on campus and create a highlight film of one of their games or an event. The highlight film should be at least 3 minutes long and highlight the event.
It should include
- voice overs
- event footage
- participant interviews
- other components of a good highlight film as outlined in the past assignments.
Short Film - Create a short film that would be rated PG. It should be at least 2 minutes long and include original footage that follows a story-line that you create. It should include all the components of a good short film as outlined in the resources below. As the director, you get to choose the best way to present your ideas.
Your projects will include multiple assignments.

**As a part of the presentation you will have a chance to answer questions from the class about your film and the process for completing it.
**The final will be graded using the FINAL Presentation Rubric that will be placed on the blog. Refer to it often to know the graded components of the final.
