Assignments for 1/20/2012

Blog post:  Why do you think some parents are deadbeats?  What makes a parent good?  (I'm expecting at least 2 paragraphs in the answer)


1st period:  Finish your "communication" assignment.  Once you finish, take a look at Illustrator.  You'll find it under the Creative Suite 5 next to Photoshop.  Try out the tools and experiment with it. 

3rd, 6th Period:  Follow the directions below:

1.  Create a 10 second slideshow in Premiere.  (You can use the one you made the other day)
2.  Export the slideshow.  Make sure you know where you are saving it. 
3.  Import the slideshow (now it will be a movie) as an asset and link it to a button on a menu.  Remember:  Buttons link to TIMELINES so you'll have to create a new timeline in encore to link the movie to.  (If you have problems refer to the "help" and search for "linking timelines"

IF YOU FINISH:  Create another slideshow, export it, import it into Encore and then experiment linking the end of one timeline to another movie.  

4th Period:  Make sure you finish your homework or review what you went over that day in class.  The goal is to not have any homework over the weekend.  NO games.
